We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your products and your satisfaction is very important to us!
We don’t hold ourselves responsible for any delivery mishaps but will try our best to help you in all possible ways.
Any products once purchased cannot be returned or cancelled because they are all handmade and customized for you specially.
All customized product orders will first be shared with you in the form of an image and then dispatched on the confirmation.
We shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority and we make sure to never leave you disappointed.
We make sure to be available for you in case of any query. Most of our gifts are customized so we stay in touch with you during the process. You can always write to us at email@example.com or drop us a Whatsapp message at 8431665987 and expect a speedy response.
We accept all sorts of corporate and personal bulk orders. Feel free to drop in an email for the same and the team will get back to you for further discussions.
Currently we are accepting manual payments only via GPay/ PayTM/ NEFT.
The direct payment methods will be updated soon. Meanwhile, once your order is placed we will get in touch with you for the payment methods available. We are trying to work on standard shipping charges, until then, the shipping charges will be informed during your payment based on location and weight of the parcel.
