After this period, cancellations are not possible as each product is handmade and personalized specifically for you.

Since our creations are customized and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, we’re always happy to assist and resolve any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
🖼️ Approval Before Dispatch
For all custom orders, we will share a preview image with you before dispatch. We proceed only after your confirmation, ensuring everything is just right.

Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with the video so we can assess the issue and make it right.
