Ithe main product is cute but i received it broken

My experience with this order was very disappointing. The product delivered to me was incomplete, as an important part was missing. When I contacted customer support requesting the missing part, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional ₹100 as delivery charges for their own mistake.

After already paying for the product, I did not expect to be charged extra for an item that should have been included in the first place. Later, I agreed to receive a partial refund instead of the missing product, but even after 14 days, the refund has still not been processed.

This was my first experience with the company, and unfortunately, it was very poor. The service and after-sales support were highly disappointing, and I would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

I ordered Love you Ma and received Best Mom ever. The gift was for my mother in law and now will have to adjust with what was send. Upon inquiry it was told Love you ma magnet was out of stock so they sent best mom ever. I mean this should have been the customer’s decision if they wanted the different magnet or not but instead crafting tale choose to decide by themselves. Firstly, please update your website if something goes out of stock and if you can’t do so then ask the customer if they want a different magnet - if not please refund their money and don’t cheat with them. Thankfully I saved myself and ordered only one item for my first time experience. With such a horrible experience, I don’t think will be able to order in future.
