I would recommend not to buy product from this website. Service is pathetic, false assurance provided. Before placing the order I cross check if could get the product in week. They assured me hence I placed the order worth 4k. Later after follow up I was been informed that it take 6-10days. When I had called and asked then they said 10-15days..no proper timeline is provided. Till now I have not received as I was been told that I will get it. I had to give a gift to someone which I am unable to. Wastage of money. The product is still in transit mode. As a customer I had to sit and follow up with them. Inspite of providing correct image still the wrong images were prepared for which I had to sit and bang my head. First every service taken which gave a very bad experience. Extremely unhappy and disappointed. I will never recommend anyone. They just simply attract customers by creating video and post on Instagram so that the customer gets attracted to the work that they are doing. But in terms of service extremely poor. The way to communication is also very bad. Inspite of all this issues created by these people still I am denied of refund. I don't understand why if you people are not able to provide the service on time then why fake assurance is given..this is money making company Nothing else it's a scam.
